Crab Curry

Crabs as per size (2 large or 4 medium)
Ginger - 2 small pieces
Onions(chopped) - 3 nos
Garlic pods - 12 nos
 Curd/Yogurt - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Black cumin(Shahi jeera) - 1/2 tsp
Chilly Powder - As reqd
Salt - As reqd

For garnishing:
Coriander - 2 tsp
Poppy seeds - 1/2 tsp
Desiccated coconut - ½

1)Grind the ingredients to a paste.
2)Apply the paste on the crab and marinate.
3)Heat oil in a pan and add onions.
4)Fry them till they become brown in colour.
5)Add crabs to pot with heavy lid and cook.
6)Make a paste of coriander, poppy seeds and Desiccated coconut and pour over crabs
