Ingredients
500 gms bacon
1 cup drained stuffed olives
toothpicks
Method
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
2. Cut bacon strips in half. Cook bacon in a pan until half cooked, but still limp and fatty. Drain on paper towels.
3. Make sure your olives are nice and dry. Wrap a half strip of bacon around each olive and jab toothpick through the whole thing. Place on a cookie sheet.
4. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes or to desired crispiness of bacon, then serve and enjoy.
