Add 2 table spoon Oil to a wok, when the oil is hot, add 1 Bay leaf 2-3 dried red chillies cut in two, without the stalks, 2 onions, chopped finely, 2 tbsp Ginger n garlic paste.
Stir n mix, till raw smell comes off, and 2 tsp Red chilly powder,
1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp Coriander powder (make this fresh, with grinding the seeds in a grinder, roughly), 1 tsp garam Masala
and 1 maggi cube (this kind of brings out the flavor)
Stir n mix. Close the lid.
Cook till oil comes up.
Add 3 tomatoes (chopped fine) along with green chillies, and stir and mix. Again close the lid and wait till oil comes up and the tomatoes are mushy
Now add 1 tsp fennel powder, along with 1 tsp green cardamom powder. Mix well. Add beef mince and mix everything very nicely and let it cook. When you feel its half done, add some Kasthuri Methi, 1 tbsp. Mix.. Cook till done.
Add 3 tomatoes (chopped fine) along with green chillies, and stir and mix. Again close the lid and wait till oil comes up and the tomatoes are mushy
Now add 1 tsp fennel powder, along with 1 tsp green cardamom powder. Mix well. Add beef mince and mix everything very nicely and let it cook. When you feel its half done, add some Kasthuri Methi, 1 tbsp. Mix.. Cook till done.
Once the mince is cooked stuff in the capsicum as shown in the picture (You can top this up with grated cheese or mashed potato to seal it or just the lid as we have done and bake at 170 C for 20 mins).
